Once purchased, reservations are non-refundable or exchangeable.
In the Event of Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event, Management will provide you with the option to attend a Rescheduled Event of the same Event or to exchange the Reservation for a Reservation comparable in price to the Event as designated by Management. If Rescheduled or comparable event is available, guest Reservations can be transferred one time to such event within 30 days of the original reservation.
Tickets will not be provided for events. Once your Reservation is complete, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you immediately. Your email receipt will serve as your confirmation. Upon arrival, please have the email Reservation Confirmation number as well as the ticket holder name available at check-in at the Castle Front Door. Physical tickets are not required for entry.
Business casual dress is recommended for most events, while formal dress attire is more appropriate for others. Should you have any questions, please contact the Castle at 303-688-5555.

Cherokee Ranch & Castle Foundation (CRCF) is located on 3,400 acres of private property. Guest access is permitted only by reservation/ purchase of tickets to a public event hosted by CRCF at the designated event time, or by appointment with a CRCF staff member.
Event access permits guests only to designated areas as outlined by event nature. Outdoor Land access is NOT permitted unless guests have a reservation for a specific land event, are accompanied by CRCF staff or volunteers and have completed and signed CRCF’s Realease, Waiver and Discharge of Liability Agreement.
