Once purchased, Reservations are non-refundable or exchangeable.
In the Event of Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event, Management will provide you with the option to attend a Rescheduled Event of the same Event or to exchange the Reservation for a Reservation comparable in price to the Event as designated by Management or a Refund.
Once your Reservation is complete, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you immediately.
Tickets will not be provided for events. Your email receipt will serve as your confirmation. Upon arrival, please have the email Reservation Confirmation available, and check-in at the Castle Front Door.
