The Cherokee Ranch & Castle Foundation was established as a 501 (c) (3) organization in 1996 with the goal of preserving our homesteads and other historic buildings, including the Castle constructed from 1924 to 1926, along with 3,400 acres of land protected within the values identified in our Conservation Easement through Douglas County. The mission of the Foundation and Board of Directors is to utilize our facilities and natural resources to benefit local and regional communities through educational programs, cultural performances, scientific exploration, land conservation, and wildlife preservation.
We are grateful for all of the sponsors and partners who have graciously provided financial support, given their time, and other resources to support our mission. Please click here to visit our Sponsors and Partners page.
